G\u00f6nderilen \u00f6zetler bilimsel de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecine tabi tutulacak olup, kabul edilen bildiriler 10 May\u0131s 2026 tarihinde ilan edilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Metinler A4 k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t boyutunda haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Microsoft Word (doc\/docx) format\u0131nda veya uyumlu bir programda yaz\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yaz\u0131 karakteri Times New Roman olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bildiri ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sayfan\u0131n \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer almal\u0131d\u0131r. Yazar ad\u0131\/isimleri ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131nda sola hizal\u0131 olarak verilmelidir. GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Researchers who wish to participate in the symposium must fill out the participation application form and submit their paper abstracts. Submitted abstracts will be subject to a scientific evaluation process, and accepted papers will be announced on May 10, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstracts must be between 200\u2013300 words, be prepared in Turkish, and also include an English \u201cAbstract\u201d. They must be submitted in Word (doc\/docx) format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstracts must be sent to ubtdk@cag.edu.tr by April 30, 2026 at the latest. Applications sent after this date will not be evaluated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants who wish to publish their full texts in the electronic proceedings book must send the full texts of their accepted papers to the same e-mail address (ubtdk@cag.edu.tr) by June 30, 2026 at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Note: When submitting the abstract, the subject line of the e-mail must read \u201cII. International Symposium on Turkish Language, Literature and Cultural Interaction in the Balkans\u201d. The abstract text must be included in a Word file, and the Word file must include the author\u2019s contact information (e-mail and ORCID) completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FULL PAPER WRITING RULES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full texts must be prepared in accordance with the following rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Texts must be prepared on A4 paper size. They must be written in Microsoft Word (doc\/docx) format or a compatible program. The font must be Times New Roman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The title of the paper must be placed at the top of the page. Author name(s) must be given below the title, left-aligned. With the * footnote symbol placed at the end of the author information, title, institution, e-mail address, and ORCID number must be stated. In multi-author studies, footnote symbols must be used as *, **, ***, **** respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full texts submitted in book chapter format must not include \u201c\u00d6zet\u201d and English \u201cAbstract\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main text must be written in 11 pt, single line spacing. There must be no indentation at the beginning of paragraphs. The text must be justified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main headings must be 12 pt, uppercase, bold, and left-aligned. Subheadings must be 11 pt, bold, with only the first letters capitalized, and left-aligned. A spacing of 6 pt must be left between headings and text and between paragraphs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Text inside tables must be 10 pt. Explanations below tables and captions for visuals (pictures, graphs, figures, etc.) must be written in 9 pt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Footnotes must be written in 9 pt with single line spacing. Alignment must be justified, and paragraph indentation must be 0.5 cm. Footnotes should not be used for citation; they should only be used when additional information is necessary without disrupting the flow of the text. In-text citation method must be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All sources cited in the text must be listed at the end of the work under the heading \u201cReferences\u201d. The references section must start on a new page. It must be written in 11 pt. Only sources cited in the text should be included. APA 7 rules must be applied in both in-text citations and reference list formatting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sections written in alphabets other than Latin (Arabic, Cyrillic, etc.) must be placed appropriately within the text. Special fonts used must also be submitted as an additional file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For spelling and punctuation rules (including abbreviations), the latest edition of the Turkish Language Association\u2019s Spelling Guide must be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n
