Gala Dinner

Thursday, 24 September 2026

The conference gala dinner will be held on the evening of 24 September 2026 at Gorgoli Lounge & Eatery in Mustafapaşa — a restored stone house a few minutes’ walk from the conference venue.

Gorgoli takes its name from the valley just south of Mustafapaşa, where villagers have long gathered for shared summer meals. Its kitchen works almost entirely with local produce and traditional Cappadocian methods — sun-dried fruit and vegetables kept in volcanic cellars, homemade pickles and pekmez, regional recipes and homemade pastries.
