Time allocation: 30 minutes total — 20 minutes for presentation followed by 10 minutes for questions and discussion.
Work-in-Progress Paper Presentation
Work-in-progress paper presentations are intended for ongoing research and preliminary findings that are at an intermediate stage of development. While the research may not be completed, there must be clear academic relevance and methodological rigor.

Panel Presentations
Panel sessions are intended to enable more in-depth scholarly discussion of a clearly defined theme, issue, or debate that fits within the conference scope. Panels should bring together multiple perspectives and promote critical dialogue rather than independent paper presentations.
Panel proposals should include an abstract of 300 words outlining the following:
- The central theme or guiding question of the panel
- The theoretical or conceptual framework
- The scholarly rationale and relevance of the topic
- A brief description of each panelist's contribution

Panels should consist of 3–4 panelists and one moderator/chair.
Time allocation: 90 minutes total — including short position statements by panelists, moderated discussion, and interaction with the audience.
Poster Presentation
Poster submissions are intended for research projects, pilot studies, ongoing research, or emerging theoretical ideas that are suitable for presentation in a visual academic format. Submissions should demonstrate clear research focus, appropriate theoretical grounding, and methodological coherence.
Abstract submissions should be 200 words in length and should include the following:
- Purpose and research focus of the study
- Theoretical or conceptual framework
- Research design and methodology
