Payment Information
Registration fees are paid by bank transfer. Please transfer the applicable fee to the account below and include your full name and “Nexus Conference 2026” in the payment description. After completing the transfer, please email your bank receipt to nexus@cag.edu.tr so that we can confirm your registration.

Note for Participants / Listeners
As there is no separate registration form for listeners, please state your full name and institution / affiliation in the email you send together with your bank receipt. This information is required for us to prepare your name badge.
Important Notes
- At least one author must register and pay the conference fee for each accepted submission.
- Registration is considered complete only after payment is received.
- All accepted presenters are required to attend the conference in person.
- The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and certificate of participation.
- The gala dinner (24 September 2026) and the Cappadocia excursion (26 September 2026) are not included in the registration fee. They are optional social events organised at participants’ own expense, and separate fees apply. Participants who wish to join may notify the organising committee during the conference, where the fees will be announced — see Practical Info & Social Events for details.
- Accommodation and travel arrangements are made by participants. A list of suggested hotels in Mustafapaşa and Ürgüp is available on the accommodation page.
